Managing an average of around 25 seconds per length - adding in any rest breaks is taking the total time down to around 50 mins.
Feeling it in my shoulders - this was certainly easier when I was a skinny kid!!!

Hi, I'm Matt!
I'm taking the plunge to support Asda Tickled Pink for Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel, raising funds for breast cancer research. I'll be swimming the equivalent of the English Channel over 14 days - this works out to 100 lengths EVERY DAY!
Every length I take will play a small part towards a future where no one has to face this devastating disease alone.
