Snowdonia June 2014

This year a group of eight of us are taking on the Snowdonia Challenge in support of Regain, a charity that improves the lives of British men and women who have become tetraplegic as a result of a sport or leisure injuries.
The Challenge is a 20 mile cycle ride to the base of Snowdon, there we leave our bikes and head off on foot to climb the mountain. At the foot of Snowdon we are reunited with our cycles and off for the second cycling leg of 10 miles to Lake Gwynant. Once there we will canoe across the lake and once again get back on our bikes for the last gruelling 10 mile stretch to Llanberis on some very tough terrain. Let's hope there is a pint of something refreshing waiting for us!
As in previous years this is a tough challenge and we hope this year?s team will be able to cope with the different activities.
The generosity of our clients, family and friends has enabled us to donate thousands of pounds to charities so far from these challenges. I hope you agree this year's challenge is another worthwhile cause.
