Mick Bavister is raising money for BLETCHLEY LIONS CLUB CHARITY FUND
My story
I am 68 years young and spent my career within the Hertfordshire fire service before retirement, I am also a member of The Bletchely Lions Club who provide much needed support throughout the local area. Due to the current crisis the charity along with various others have felt the financial pressure due to fundraising events being cancelled, unfortunately this will impact the level of support we are able provide regionally. Fund raising plays such a pivotal role in the Lions ability to be able to help those who need it the most, as such I will be completing a 26 mile walk starting at Bletchley MK 3 5BE and finishing at Scots Club Bletchley MK3 5BX via the Grand Union Canal and Wolverton the Walk will take me approximately 8 Hours. All funds raised will go to The Lions Club of Bletchley ,Registered Charity Number 279584. If you feel you are able to donate it would be very much appreciated.
