micky london - southend bike challenge

myself , my wife Nicky and her brother Mark Gallagher ( ginge )are all raising funds for Mellor House which is a facility for mentally and physically disabled young adults. currently we are raising funds to convert a bathroom into a washroom and to purchase a new mini bus for trips to hospitals and day trips to aid the residents and staff in their everyday day routines that we may sometimes take for granted. any amount you can donate will be greatly received as grants etc have been hugely reduced in the last few years. we have all decided to enter this challenge which is in total 59 miles ( gulp )through the beautiful essex countryside ( yes i did say essex countryside ) and feel that by giving to this particular cause we not only help considerably to the needs of others but also accept we are lucky enough to be able to take part in an event not open to these less fortunate than ourselves.Mark and Nicky are favourites to finish first whereby im just aiming to finish. lol. we thank you for you generosity and please wish us luck. i think we will all need it.
