Mike Stockbridge is raising money for Mind in Kingston
My story
I am raising money for Mind in Kingston's project Mind United Football Club by doing a 30 mile Cycle Ride on the 29th of July, as part of the Prudential Ride London events.
We are starting in Kingston and then cycle to Buckingham Palace where we have a break, before going back.
All funds raised will go the Mind United Football Club, which is an inclusive football team for people with mental health issues. The team practices every week, and takes part in local amateur leagues. It's a great group that is very supportive, and helps people to improve their mental wellbeing.
Mind in Kingston is a local charity that provides support, activities and services for people with mental health issues in Kingston.
