Monika takes on Thames River Kayak Challenge

Hi everyone, I’m doing ‘Tackle the Thames’ kayak challenge to raise money for an amazing charity that is very close to my heart. It’s a part of the campaign created by my dear friend Nav with the aim to make sport more inclusive and safe for vulnerable and underprivileged girls. I believe that through sport these girls can change their mindset, build their self esteem and literally change their lives. I know that the times are difficult but every penny counts. Thank you.
