Conquering the British Peaks

Hello I am Annabelle and I am taking on the 3 Peaks Challenge in support of The Change Foundation, a charity dedicated to using sport and physical activity to drive positive social change among young people.

The Change Foundation works with young people who face real barriers to participation, using sport as a tool to build resilience, self-belief and brighter futures. Their work is not just practical but impactful and genuinely life-changing. I have always believed in the power of opportunity, confidence and community in shaping long-term wellbeing, and sport has played an important part in my life since an early age, along with providing a focus and escape from some of the challenges I personally have faced to date.

The 3 Peaks Challenge is not just physical but a mental test as it reminds us why challenges matter - pushing ourselves, supporting one another and showing up for causes that create meaningful change beyond ourselves which is why I wanted to be involved!
