Event date: 26th June 2024
Euan and Doddie'5 Friends and Family are raising money for Euan MacDonald Centre for MND Research and My Name'5 Doddie Foundation
To raise funds for MND, HCEG Members Stuart Paul, Nick White, Andy Nicol and Angus MacDonald will attempt to play 5 rounds of foursomes in a day (with lunch!) and yes, carrying their own clubs.
As friends and family of Euan and Doddie, all monies raised will be split equally between the Euan MacDonald Centre and My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.
Ordinarily, 5 rounds is around 65,000 steps – 10,000 more than a marathon - but with a 4.30am start, creaking limbs and accuracy issues, this guestimate is conservative.
Previous injuries for the group include 3 ACL knee reconstructions, 2 shoulder reconstructions, multiple dislocations and for one Member, revolutionary “ballast-shifting” liposuction!!
All support will be hard earned and gratefully received – thank you.
Thank you for checking out our page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Euan MacDonald Centre for MND Research and My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.
