As a firm believer in how exercise can help with Mental Health problems, I personally use it to control my own Depression.
This coming year I will be running a 40mile Ultra Marathon amongst other races to raise vital funds for Pembrokeshire Mind. This will allow them to lay on a training course for all of the team to become 'Mindfulness Practitioners'. This will allow them to help many people with Mental Health conditions.
Unfortunately the course is quite expensive and I hope to raise as much as possible towards the cost of the course.
