More details from Victoria: "On the 18th of May I shall be hosting a 2 hour Vinyasa Yoga session to raise money for the UN Crisis Relief Fund for people in the occupied Palestinian territory. This will be from 2-4 pm at Soul Fire Studios on Edgedale Road in Sheffield.

"We are all too aware of what’s happening in the world. I don’t need to reiterate it. If our Yoga practice can benefit others let’s make it happen. This is really the heart of Yoga. To create your own culture when there’s chaos and pain all around you. Perhaps we can all do just a little more.

"The practice will be themed around the element of fire- the catalyst for change, growth and transformation. For all of us. And after a vigorous 90 minute session we will have a heart themed meditation. And then we can gather in the lounge and have tea and a little food share. I’m thinking vegan cake here- I love to bake and perhaps others do too? Let’s get together and share the love and then send it on.
