Have you ever started a new job and really felt the need to make a splash? Well, I've taken it upon myself to make my splash from the ICONIC River Thames - and I don't even need to float a campaign down the river this time!

On the 21st of September, I will be kayaking 20km from Greenwich to Battersea to raise some serious dollars in aid of The Change Foundation. This is not your family day out on the pond - this is a serious sports affair! The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people, read more about their important work below.

Any donations, shares, likes and general encouragement will be hugely appreciated to support this amazing charity (and my noble efforts of course). In true PR fashion, the route conveniently ends by a pub, so if you've always fancied seeing me in a wet workout kit and frizzy hair, just send me a message for the address.

The Change Foundation: Throughout the past 40 years they have successfully delivered award-winning sports intervention programmes to vulnerable young people living in the UK and abroad. The programmes are designed and delivered by young people with lived experience, tackling issues relevant to young people today.
