Wednesday Karate Session
That was a little better today. The kata is finally startibg to sink in, but need to remember every single thing I've done so far.
My co-ordination needs some work though.

Stephen Protheroe-Hewitt is raising money for DEBRA
This year, I will be running the Newport Marathon on Sunday 19th April in support of DEBRA.
DEBRA are a leading charity that raise awareness and support people with epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a rare and very painful genetic skin condition that causes the skin to blister and tear at the slightest touch, hence the term 'butterfly skin' due to how fragile a butterfly's wing is.
This fundraiser is in memory of Iqbal Domun (or Bal, as he was known to his many colleagues and friends), who was born with EB and lived with the constant pain throughout his life. However, those who knew him always saw someone continuously positive, upbeat and ready to do anything, having a very good sense of humour wherever he went.
All money raised will support DEBRA in providing specialist care, as well as assist with ongoing research into improved treatment and potential cures, to improve quality of life for anyone with EB.
Any donations whatsoever would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto DEBRA.
