Noah's SNUG Parade 2024

As most of you will already know our son Noah was born 4 months prematurely at just 24 weeks in 2022 weighing 693g (1lb 8ozs). After 5 months in various hospitals fighting three infections and two operations (one for a hernia repair and one for his left eye), he came home on a small amount of oxygen. 🏡 He came off the oxygen at the end of April 2023 and has thrived ever since. He is nearly two now and is such a happy healthy little boy.

The medical teams we met on our neonatal journey went above and beyond to look after, not only him, but me and my fiancé as well. We met the SNUG team who were and continue to be such a great support. Through SNUG we had support and met other families with sick or preterm babies. The SNUG charity provides ongoing support from hospital to home and helps parents to feel supported in the transition through visits whilst they are in hospital, and once home community meets every Friday. 💙
