Emily has no limits...

I am running the Great South Run on 23 October. For those who aren't local, the Great South Run is 10 miles, putting me outside my comfort zone, and testing my limits. I've had to train to do this, and crossing the finish line on Sunday will be the result of not inconsiderable effort. Therefore I am asking my friends to support me by donating to No Limits. No Limits is a Southampton based charity whose mission is 'to help relieve suffering caused by mental or physical ill health or by social or economic circumstances amongst young people by establishing, maintaining and developing an information, advice and counselling service for the individual and/ or group'. This is not glamorous work but it is essential: these are increasingly difficult times and No Limits provides crucial support and intervention for some of the most vulnerable young people in our society. It deserves all the support we can give it.
