My story
On the 25th March, I will be kayaking and rowing 40km’s along the Thames from Deptford to Twickenham for The Change Foundation.
The Change Foundation is an award-winning UK charity that over the last 40 years has used sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. They deliver targeted long-term interventions through coach mentors with lived experience, providing regular sport, personalised mentoring, and wider tailored support.
