The big trip...

I am travelling in Uganda with my friend, Diane Parsons, who is a volunteer with The East African Missionary Society (TEAMS).

We are staying with friends Dan and Jody Unterrheiner who are serving with TEAMS in Gulu, northern Uganda.

Dan is bringing farming and management skills to help local people in the war-torn northern Uganda, whilst Jody is teaching in a village primary school; along with teaching English to adults.

I am asking you to help me support this amazing cause by making your donation on this page.

The money that you raise will go towards three projects Dan and Jodes are working with: buying some books for the village primary school Jody teaches in (which sadly does not have one fiction book!); some children's books for a reading club for orphans and building a grass hut for children to have Sunday School in at the local village TEAMS church.

The picture that you see on this page is of the community bore hole provided by TEAMS which delivers fresh water to the local community.
