Paula's first 10k

I am taking part in my first ever Stafford 10k on Sunday 24 September. It seemed like a good idea at the time! Several people have asked if I am running for charity as they would sponsor me if I was. Initially, I was competing for personal achievement, but if I can raise a bit of money for a worthy cause, then why not? My chosen charity is Gnosall Community First Responders, who are a local group of volunteers who support our local community responding to 999 calls in Gnosall and surrounding areas. I know this is short notice as the race is only next week, but any donations would be greatly received.
