Paul Cannings London Triathlon - July 2011

I foolishy agreed to do an Olympic Triathlon this summer on 31 July - 1.5km swim, 40km cycle and 10k run. Step 1 was to learn how to do front crawl! A lot of miles of training later and 20 pounds lighter I hope I am nearly ready.

So I thought I would raise some money for a great cause to keep me going when my legs want to give up. Oakleaf helps people who have mental health needs or who are recovering after a mental health problem to learn new skills and find employment. It is a small charity local to me that does real hands-on work, and makes a practical difference to people's lives so thank you for helping them with their work.
