My story
Being able to access walking in the countryside is not easy when you're blind. I've been going on a monthly ramble with 4Sight for over a year now. It's great for physical and mental health and the volunteers who support this and make it happen are fantastic!
Getting out for these life-enhancing walks is essential to well-being so I am delighted to be able to be taking part in this 10-mile walk which I'll greatly enjoy whilst raising much-needed funds for this deserving cause.
