London Triathlon

So I'm doing the London triathlon this year, its a 1.5 km swim, 40 km cycle, and 10 km run on August 3rd.

I'll upload pictures as I'm doing it if I can work out how!

I have decided to try and raise some money for the Liver Group Charity while I'm at it.

Liver failure is a leading cause of death both in the UK and around the world - and deaths are increasing from it while they are in decline for most other major illnesses.

The Liver Group Charity funds research into liver failure and is funding the development of a bio-artificial liver device to treat and reverse Acute Liver Failure. Here is their website:
