Thank you so much for visiting our wedding donation page. Quest4Change, the charity we are supporting helps to improve the lives of impoverished children in Villa Maria, Peru, and is in memory of our lovely friend Katie Ashbridge.

Katie volunteered in Villa Maria in her gap year, helping to run workshops in sports, art, music, dance and drama for hundreds of children during their summer holidays. These workshops offer vulnerable children a refuge, helping to prevent them from becoming victims of poverty and drug abuse.

In Katie's memory Quest4Change has been able to offer improved housing to the families of the most disadvantaged children in Villa Maria. 25 homes have been built so far in what is now dubbed "Katie Ville". The homes are basic, single storey wooden constructions which can be put together in a matter of days. The great advantage is that they cost relatively little to buy and make; a simple home for a family of 4, with electricity, water and sewerage costs around £500. These solid constructions provide the warmth and hygiene which families have previously been missing.

Katie felt very passionate about both the people and surroundings of Villa Maria and we feel it is fitting to support this charity in her name.

What will the money go towards?
£10 could help buy 3 footballs for sports sessions.

£30 could pay for 100 children to have a brilliant afternoon swimming.

£50 could pay for a school uniform and books for one of the poorest children.

£100 could provide sweets and gifts for the kids as a treat at the community shows.

£180 could sponsor a child for a year at the Quest school, giving them an invaluable education.

£500 could build a house for a single mum in "Katie Ville".
