Phoebe jumps for Brynamman Public Hall

Hey, my name’s Phoebe and I'm a member of the team at Brynamman Public Hall Cinema! I started volunteering in 2019 and I'm now a member of staff and love working in the cinema.

I've always wanted to skydive, and I thought it would be brilliant to skydive and raise money for one of my favourite charities, Brynamman Public Hall. I’ve grown up in Brynamman and the cinema is a huge part of my life. I’m a film fanatic and have enjoyed so many wonderful films there over the years. The earliest movie memory I have was watching How To Train Your Dragon 2 with my dad, in the then newly built screen 2, such a cool experience! That’s now my favourite franchise and I’m so pleased I got to see it in the cinema first.

Now that I’m part of the team, I've seen what goes on behind the scenes and the work that goes into keeping this building open. So much goes into keeping an independent cinema running successfully, and every penny that comes through helps so much, so please consider sponsoring me to jump out of an aeroplane and raise money for our hall and cinema!
