Purbeck Nordic Walking Festival 2019

Please help motivate me as my legs grow weary towards the end of my 27 mile (43.5km) Nordic walk on the Dorset coast on September 14th. In order to spur me on, I am fund raising for my local Samaritans Branch which runs purely on donations as Samaritans has no government funding. Samaritans are literally life savers and anyone can contact them on free phone 116 123 or by emailing or texting them. Nordic walking has helped both my physical and mental health ( I suffer from time to time from debilitating depression) and I have so enjoyed the training I have been doing on Bredon Hill, the Malvern Hills and on the Pembrokeshire coastal path - all of which are similar to the steep inclines which I will be tackling on the Purbeck coast. I am so looking forward to walking with the group I have been training with as part of UK Nordic walking: they inspire me, make me laugh and we are all a great encouragement to one another. Even if you can spare pennies as opposed to pounds then please do so for a great cause - you could be contributing to saving a life. Thank you.
