QDG Poland Christmas Hampers 2023
Mark Ashley-Miller is raising money for 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards Regimental Trust
My story
140 men and women of Eagle Troop, Queen's Dragoon Guards are deployed in north east Poland on a NATO operation (Op Cabrit) for six months over Christmas 2023. As in previous years the Regimental Comrades Association (RCA) of The Queen's Dragoon Guards (The Welsh Cavalry) have raised money to provide a "Food Hamper" to each soldier's nominated family member (Mum, Dad, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, partner or friend) in the UK and also a small "Fun Hamper" to each soldier in Poland. This year the Fun Hamper is being driven out to Poland by two members of the RCA.
