My story
Hi guys,
So I'm taking part in the SNUG squat challenge!
These guys helped me so much whilst my rainbow boy, Axel, was in SCBU. They're a fab charity supporting parents & siblings of neonatal patients throughout & after their NICU stay, & I'm forever grateful for the support i/we received from Kelly.
I genuinely can't put into words how amazing she is a long with the rest of the SNUG team.
I've not done ANY exercise in a good year due to pregnancy & health issues.. but, I'm going to do 100 squats a day from the 14th Feb until 14th March.
The reason I chose to start from then is the 14th Feb marks a whole month since our discharge 🤗
Please give a donation of anything you can, I promise it's for the best reason! Also, it'll egg me on to do more fitness knowing you're all behind me!!
