Running my first marathon for The Daniel Estick Trust!

I am beyond excited (and incredibly nervous!) to be running my first ever marathon!

On Sunday 19th April I will be running Manchester marathon, and am delighted to be raising money and awareness for The Daniel Estick Trust.

As a life long runner, it has always been a dream of mine to run a marathon, and to be able to run for a charity so close to my heart is such an honour.

The Daniel Estick Trust is a small, family run charity, who provide memory boxes to bereaved parents and families, in order to keep those special photos, items and memories in one safe place. They work alongside bereavement professionals in hospices, schools, hospitals and support groups, ensuring families get to treasure and preserve their loved ones memory.

Every penny raised will be directly funding loving care and support to those families who really need it most, at a time when they are at their most vulnerable.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story and support my run, but most importantly thank you for helping those families at a time when they need it most, to keep those cherished memories alive.
