My story
On Sunday 7th December, I’ll be swapping my hard hat for a Santa hat and joining hundreds of festive runners in the Reading Santa Run!
As Chairman of Francis Construction, I’m proud to support our dedicated charity, No5 Young People. They provide free, confidential mental health support for young people aged 11–25 across Reading and Berkshire, a lifeline for so many who need someone to listen and help them through tough times.
Mental health challenges among young people are growing, and No5’s work is more vital than ever. Every pound raised will go directly towards counselling sessions and resources that make a real difference in young lives.

I believe every young person deserves the chance to feel heard, supported, and hopeful about their future.
