Reflexology Reset

Tideway’s Helen Blanchard has been training as a reflexologist for the past eight months and is now close to completing her qualification. As part of her course, Helen needs to complete 100 hours of practical experience (she’s currently at 77 hours) and would love your support in reaching her goal, whilst at the same time raising money for charity.
 
For those who don’t know, reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, points which are believed to correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By stimulating them, reflexology aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. It’s a holistic approach to wellbeing, not a medical treatment.
 
To help raise funds for Tideway’s charity partners, Time & Talents and The Felix Project, Helen is offering 30-minute reflexology taster sessions, in a private setting on Tuesday 16 December, in exchange for a minimum donation of £10.
