My story
We would like to raise money for Y Bwthyn Palliative Care Unit through the charity "Friends of Y Bwthyn" in memory of Paul.
Paul was cared for by Y Bwthyn, Royal Glamorgan Hospital during the last week of his life. The care and support we all received was exceptional and a great comfort to the whole family during a very difficult time.
