My story
I’m doing the Big Sleep Out in memory of Mark - one of our day centre clients. Mark was one of life’s good people. He would help anyone. But Mark struggled with alcohol; a struggle which made his life very difficult. This kind and gentle man was a regular visitor to our Springboard day centre and that’s how I knew him. It was a tough life for Mark and I'm sleeping out to ensure help is available in our day centre to support people like Mark who are battling addiction and are at risk of homelessness.
