My story
On Saturday 5th October I will be doing the Ripon Ultra. It will my first ultra & the furthest I've ever ran, so why not raise some money at the same time.
My mum had dementia, it's such a cruel disease. My mum was a big lady with a big personality and a wicked (& sometimes embarrassing) sense of humor & watching her disappear both physically and mentally was soul destroying. I'm sure we all know of someone that has or had dementia so I'm asking if you can then please donate to this amazing charity.
