Roy Skinner is raising money for Kent Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre
My story
I have a very good friend and yoga student who is a full time carer for his wife who has MS and they both benefit greatly from the Kent Therapy Centre.
My spiritual brother who I rode to the Sahara and back (on motorcycles) is caring for his wife who has Parkinson's Disease also now using the Kent Therapy Centre.

Had cycle stolen by a bunch of youths outside M&S in Sturry this week! However I was able to get on the old battered mountain bike they left behind and chase in hot pursuit. Caught up with thief, who was surprised and jumped from his old bike onto him and my bike crashing to the ground. Punches flew, retrieved my bike, bloody nose and cut lip but otherwise ok 👍 Police attended and CCTV will hopefully itentfy the culprits. They will think twice next time they take on an OAP.
😂 That's gotta be worth a donation before I even start the ride!!
After this weekend I panicked as I thought I had missed the race! However it appears there are two L2B cycle rides this year. One in June for the British Heart Foundation and my ride in September for other charities....phew!!! So now I can stop rushing 😆
