My story
I am in training to run the Plymouth half marathon on April 23rd 2017 to raise much needed funds for RPUK. A charity set up to help raise awareness of Relapsing Polychondritis, a rare multi system, progressive mixed connective tissue disease which currently has no cure.
There aim is to provide information and resources for people affected with the disease and those working in the field of RP to initiate research into treatments and a potential cure. My wife has the condition.
UPDATE
I managed to complete the race on 23/4/17 and to my amazement I did it in 1hr53:58s.
