Lauren's Half Marathon

Lauren Kitchen is raising money for BeyondAutism
My story
I have decided to run the Tonbridge Half Marathon on the 22nd of September. As many of you may know, it has been a long time since I have run very much at all so, why not do a half marathon.
All proceeds will be donated to "Beyond Autism". Beyond Autism aims to give children and adults with Autism the best opportunities in life they can through a range of therapies, specialised schools and extended support. For parents with a child on the Autism Spectrum life can be incredibly difficult. Beyond Autism's aim is to reduce the need for 24/7 care by implementing therapy at an early age.
