RUNNING for SOUTHAMPTON FAMILY TRUST

As a founding member and chair of Southampton Family Trust (SFT) I am running The Great South Run, this October, to raise funds for this life-changing charity. SFT supports, strengthens and helps countless families providing courses and training which is specifically designed to make a significant difference to family life especially for those who are raising children with significant wellbeing challenges. This charity changes lives for the better! Previously I ran a marathon in support of SFT and now at the age of 76 I am glad to raise funds again for this great charity.
