Running for domestic abuse survivors 💓

In May 2026, we will be running the Southampton Half Marathon to spread awareness for Yellow Door, a charity that provides life changing support for people in crisis. 
Yellow door works across the area working with both those affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence and other forms of interpersonal harm. 

All money donated can be aided towards specialist support services, helplines and crisis response, prevention and education, so even a small amount can mean a massive difference in someone’s life. 

We’ve chosen this charity because we want to show survivors that they are heard, supported and empowered to rebuild their lives. We want to show everyone just how strong women truly are 💓
