My story
EB (Epidermolysis bullosa) is incredibly painful genetic skin conditions that cause the skin to blister and tear easily. It is skin as fragile as a butterfly’s wing, which is why it is also commonly known as ‘butterfly skin’.
EB can be very visible and affect the whole body.
It always leads to excruciating pain.
After watching this Good Morning Britain Team Debra Interview and hearing about the devastating impact this condition has on the many thousands of children who suffer from this, I have decided to take part in the Great Scottish Run on 5th October and run 10km for DEBRA UK the national medical research charity and patient support organisation for people living with all types of EB.
