Ryan's Thames River Kayak - Change the Game Not the Girls

On Wednesday 28th September, I will be kayaking 20km along the Thames from Greenwich to Battersea to raise money for The Change Foundation's Change the Game not the Girl campaign which will be tackling the barriers that marginalised women and girls face in sport.

The Change Foundation team of credible female Coach Mentors will be delivering empowering workshops to demonstrate how to adapt sports to be more inclusive, to share coaching techniques to help women and girls imbed sport into their lives and encourage more women to take on coaching and leadership roles.

The Change the Game not the Girl team building day is a unique experience that offers employees that identify as women and women’s networks an opportunity to reflect and recognise their talents, to be bold and brave and to have a great time bonding with colleagues and peers. These team building days help fund and deliver our campaign, reaching as many marginalised women and girls to engage in sport and change their lives.
