My story
I’m challenging myself to wild swim 20km during the month of May 2024 at Vobster Quay in Somerset to raise much needed funds for 2 charities that are support in me as a survivor of child SA and suffering from Complex PTSD, through counselling, support groups, education and awareness.
Wild swimming is an activity that I have found to be beneficial to my mental health and I use it to reboot my brain and to relax.
The water temperature will be a chilly 10 to 12°C and I will be just in skins (costume but no wetsuit)!
Any donations however small will help the vital work these 2 charities do for survivors like me.
