My story
Hi everyone, I am raising money for the Psychiatric Outpatient Ward at QMC Nottingham after the super support they have provided me with over the last couple of years and with my big birthday coming up (ouch might need more support for that!) i would like to say a big thanks to Phillip and the team. I hope you can all support me and help raise awareness for mental health services provided by our NHS.
