My story
So I’m turning 21 again (ok 40!!) in 4 weeks time. This year rather than sending me a card or a gift please consider donating to this worthwhile cause.
Some of you know I have struggled with my grief and the what ifs of loosing an amazing man, who has supported my parents to shape me in the person I am today.
My uncle taff mark Langley was the life of the party, a sensitive soul who would help anyone out!! He has shaped more than a few over the years starting out on their royal signals journey!!
Phoenix heroes CIC is a small charity based in Colchester (a place I have called home and made some amazing friends) to support veterans who struggle with ptsd.
