Stokenchurch Dog Rescue

Stokenchurch Dog Rescue was originally formed by local residents in 1963 to save the lives of stray and unwanted dogs, as well as those impounded by the Police.
Since then many thousands of dogs ahave been brought to us amd have been successfully re-homed. And, although the Police no longer take in 'lost' pets, we still provide this invaluable service to pet owners until they can be reunited with their much loved canine family member once again.
We never destroy a healthy dog, believing that somewhere there is a kind and permanent home for every dog. We also take in and care for the sick, th eold and the traumatised, and no dog in need is ever refused our help. If we have room, we offer them all a home and do everything within our power to rehabilitate them whenever possible, both physically and psychologically.
