My story
I'm taking part in the September Tough Mudder event, supporting the Lord's Taverners charity.
They are a charity who create a range of opportunities for young disabled people and those from deprived areas to engage in sport and recreational activities in their local communities. Their programmes support some of the most marginalised and at-risk young people in the UK and any support you can give would be greatly appreciated!
