Chris Andrews is raising money for Changing Faces
My story
My name is Alex and I have facial palsy. Recently a pub refused to serve me a pint after staff mistook my condition for drunkenness.
I was left angry and upset and I want to raise awareness of facial palsy so that I can make sure this never happens to anyone else again.
I've been disabled all my life and sometimes you just try to forget about it, but then you have experiences that really kick you where it hurts.
Therefore I will be travelling from Coventry to Falmouth stopping off at pubs who would #ServeAlex to raise awareness of my condition in the hope that I can stop this happening to others with facial disfigurements.
