Shadows Wagathon

This year is 12 years since I had multiple pulmonary embolisms in both lungs. I'm forever grateful to the NHS and thrombosis uk for saving me physically and supporting me mentally.

In recent years I've met more young women who have had thrombosis and even inspired one young woman to raise awareness after she learnt about my story when in hospital herself.

Thrombosis can happen at any age, let's continue to fundraise and ensure there is more awareness and more support for those who have a thrombosis or have lost a loved one to thrombosis.

I will be completing the wagathon 9k walk in August with Shadow our 2 year old rescue pup from Bosnia.
