Sharons at it again 600 miles along the East coast of ireland

Sharon & Aidan Lavin will soon be taking part in a 600-mile cycling challenge along the East coast of Ireland as part of the Birmingham Irish Cycle Appeal (BICA)—a powerful journey of endurance, community, and purpose. The ride, will take place in July 2025, spanned from Giants causeway to Blarney Castle, tracing the rugged beauty of Ireland’s East coast.
Sharon will be joining 30 cyclists and a dedicated support team in this demanding 7-day adventure, raising vital funds for multiple charities. For Sharon, this wasn’t just a physical challenge—it was a deeply personal mission.
