Sian's Saucony LDN 10K for P.E.A.K

This year, I’m taking on the Saucony London 10k once again in support of Parenting Empowered Autistic Kids (P.E.A.K).

While I completed the race last year, I’ve only run 5k once or twice since then, so taking on another 10k will definitely be a challenge! But it’s a challenge I’m proud to take on for a cause that means so much to me.

I’m running for P.E.A.K because their support has made a huge difference in the lives of my nieces and nephews, who have been diagnosed with autism. The work they do to empower families and create a more inclusive world is truly inspiring, and I want to give back in any way I can.

Every step I take in this race is for them—and for all the children and families who benefit from P.E.A.K’s incredible work. Supporting charities like P.E.A.K helps provide vital support to families like mine, making a real difference when it’s needed most. ❤️🏃‍♀️
