Skydive for Charity

I turn 30 this year, and what better way to celebrate 3 decades on this planet than to jump out of a plane!

...Especially for someone that is terrified of heights.

This is something I've joked about doing for so long, and finally decided to just go for it.

So this year on my birthday (well, the day after, 26th May) I am going to do it!

Then I thought, why not do some fundraising at the same time...
Two charities are quite close to my heart so I would like to raise a bit of money for them

One being Shopmobility in York
York is my hometown and I am constantly returning to the city. The charity do great work ensuring that all can access the sights and scenes of the city. Allowing everyone the ability to move around the city and the surrounding areas, and to be involved in all the goings on, of which there is always something!

The other is the Baildon C of E school PTFA
They have done some amazing work raising money for the school and the children.
They fundraise year round for school trips, discos, resources for the school.
They have managed to fundraise for a whole new library for the school and the next project is to be coming soon as well.

I would like to fundraise for these two great causes, and as such, any money that is raised is being split 50/50 between the two.

( I have paid for the skydiving out of my own pocket so that every penny raised goes to the charities. )
