Small Park Big Run 5am stint

On Sunday 23rd June at 5am I’m going to jog/walk a loop of Meersbrook Park as many times as I can in an hour to raise vital money for Palestinians in Gaza as part of Small Park Big Run. Small Park Big Run deliberately takes place in a restricted space over a total of 24 hours. Usually they fundraise for two key causes, one of them being for Children’s Play and Mental Health Support in Gaza, but due to the current situation in Gaza, their normal work cannot be carried out: the Children’s Centres no longer function. So the money raised will go to a trusted Emergency Aid distribution network instead providing basic essentials such as nappies, food, hygiene kits for women, and other simple provisions that help sustain life.
