My story
Our daughter, Sofia has Rett syndrome, which brings significant and complex physical and communication challenges to her daily life. Finding the right environment for her needs is so important.
As Sofia prepares to move on to her next placement, we wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to St Elizabeth's Centre. Sofia has been at the residential school since January 2024, and the support she has received from both the school and her residence has been wonderful.
To show our appreciation and come together as a family, we are doing a 5K walk this Sunday. This is our way of celebrating Sofia’s journey and raising funds to give back to the place that has taken such good care of her.
